When do photos, names and addresses need to be sent by?
One month after you book, this info is in the confirmation pack you will be sent.

When is the deadline for final balance payments?
Your balance needs to be with us for Friday 3rd February at the latest.

Can name changes be made to names in our party?
Yes.

How close to the event can these changes be made?
You can change a name up to two weeks before the event at a cost of £25 per name.
We can not change names to bookings after this date, or on the day of the event.

Do we sell passes without accommodation?
Licensing restrictions means we can not sell any passes without accommodation.

What is the nearest airport to Minehead?
The nearest airport is Bristol.
There is a regular coach service from the airport to the festival site on Friday, and back to the airport on Monday.

How far from Bristol is Minehead?
Approximately 1.5 hours.

Yes, coaches are organised from the following areas:

Can we choose what accommodation we are allocated on site?
Accommodation is allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Who gets free Sunday stop over and after party tickets?
Free after party tickets are available to the first 2,500 people who book and request them.
They were all allocated on the first day of general sale on Thursday 1st September, 2011.

Do I get a discount if I book Southport Weekender and SunceBeat tickets early?
Yes – we have early bird discounts for both events.

Can we pay to stay on Sunday even if we don’t have the free after party tickets or free stop over?
No.

Can we pay to stay on the Monday night too?
No – Butlins holiday makers arrive on Monday lunchtime.

Who do we speak to on site if we have queries during the Weekender?
There is a customer services desk in the main Butlins site.

Can I buy a VIP pass?
Everyone is a VIP at the Southport Weekender!
